Research on Grinding Law and Grinding Parameters Optimization of Polymetallic Complex Ores

Grinding plays an important role in mining, construction, metallurgy, chemical, coal and other basic industries. In terms of beneficiation, grinding is the most energy consuming operation. So, reasonable conditions according to properties ores key obtain good results reduce consumption resource waste. this paper, Tongkeng Gaofeng polymetallic complex are taken as research objects, effects law based on single factor condition test parameters optimization response surface method were studied for two kinds ores. The show that time a significant affecting particle size composition. suitable concentration ore 70% 75%, respectively. effect mill filling ratio not obvious. rotational rate has little technical efficiency. regression model equations obtained by extremely significant, relative errors prediction all within 1%, indicating high reliability fitting equations. order influencing factors follows: > concentration. For ore, optimized 5.4 min, 67% 35%. 3.8 73% 34%.
